Drop Off Dates - by confirmed appointment only:

Sellers with  150 items or items needing onsite assembly such as cribs:

Friday           Aug. 15    9am - 12pm
Saturday      Aug. 16     9am - 12pm

All other sellers:

Friday           Aug. 15     12pm - 7pm
Saturday      Aug
. 16     12pm - 7pm    
Sunday        
Aug. 17     12pm - 5pm

Due to the high volume of emails, expect to receive your confirmation
or waiting list notification about 5 days after sending your request.

 

Step one - If you use a spam blocker, allow emails from
kidsignments@mindspring.com

Step Two - Create an email and send it to us:

Morning times     ~    9am to 12pm
Afternoon times ~ 12pm to  4pm

We will try our best to schedule you within the time interval that you select but when we fill up, we will try to schedule you in any remaining openings.

Step Three- Copy and paste the information below
into the body of your email. We need all information
even if you are a returning seller (we have several
sellers with the same name).
We do not accept emails with attachments.
Those emails will not be read due to viruses.

AND FINALLY
After you submit the email, you should receive an automated reply.  
If you do not receive one please make sure your email was sent to Kidsignments@mindspring.com and your email address allows replies from this address.  If you send us a request and do not allow emails from our email address to reach you due to spam controls, you may not be able to receive your confirmation from us. 
 

Please note that during the first few dates after we open for appointments to sell, our emails get very backlogged.   This is due to the fact that Jeri Lynn confirms each appointment and sends you a personal reply to your request.  You will ALWAYS receive an email reply if you send us an email.  You will either receive an appointment confirmation or a waiting list notification.  You will also receive an automated receipt of your message.  If you do not receive an autoreply from us, it could be due to the following:

Your ISP is blocking our emails

Your email was not sent to KIDSIGNMENTS@mindspring.com (note that there is an 'S' in our name before the 'A' sign) so we didn't receive your message.

Your email is still in your outbox (this happens 1-2 times each event to someone, please do not let this be you!) Make sure you are signed onto the internet when you email us please. 

Your  mail service is blocking our emails

Our email ended up in your spam or bulk email folder

Your virus checker has built in spam blocking that has filtered our email - if you have Norton, check your spam tool to see if our email is there

Our email address is on your blocked list or not on your permitted senders liste
(A few spouses have been caught thinking our email was unwanted and marked the address - oh no!)

You have already sent us an email from the same email address once already the same day.  The autoreply is only sent once to an email address it receives a mesage from.
